A guy from one of the Facebook groups I’m in challenged everyone to take the free Splunk Fundamentals 1 course & take the certification test. Accepted & done! I must say, for a free course it was pretty good. Picked up a lot of good information. However, it looks like they are ending this course but a new track will be starting soon.

Cisco Certified Network Associate Cyber Ops (CCNA Cyber Ops)

I’ve been working on the Cisco CCNA Cyber Ops certification since December 2017. I was very fortunate to have been invited & accepted into the “Cisco Global Cyber Ops Scholarship Program“. Cisco invested $10 million in this program to increase the pool of talent in the cyber-security field; one that we as Americans really need to focus on. It was fast paced & exciting. Now on to the next one…

VCP-DCV!

Passed the VCP-DCV exam yesterday!

Passed all current VCA exams

Today I passed the VCA-Cloud exam. I also passed the VCA-DCV on 10/15/2013 & the VCA-WM on 10/20/2013.

   

Now on to the VCP5-DCV!

MCSA Windows Server 2008

With all the changes Microsoft made to their certification program & with me earning the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 I have also earned the MCSA: Windows Server 2008 certification.

With Windows Server 2012 & Windows 8 Microsoft stopped using the MCTS & MCITP titles & went back to using MCSA & MCSE. However, instead of those meaning Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator & Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer they are now Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate & Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. Passed the Windows 7 Exam (70-680)

I passed the 70-680 Windows 7 exam the other day!

Now Microsoft just needs to update my records so that it will show the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator certification.
